services. If you have a medical need we can incorporate these needs in with your
other plan-of-care, as well.

Do you provide cleaning services?
We have recently incorporated these into our care. We can incorporate these
into you medical plan-of-care or provide only these services, if that is all you
require. Our professional nurses can and will clean for you, if they are already
seeing you for a nursing need as well.

Do I have to be homebound?
No. We are a medicaid certified agency only. This means we have the ability
to see people for extended visits, frequent visits, or strictly as needed
visits. We have more freedom to care for you at the level you require.

If I have a nursing home policy, does it pay for your services?
If you have a nursing home policy that includes home health care, we will
contact the company on your behalf and see what they will pay for. Most nursing
home policies that include home health care will pay for any care required in
the home, but is based on your daily limit. Our administrator is very familiar
with these types of policies and can explain your individual policy to you.

Do I have to have a need for skilled care to just get a nurses aide?
No. As stated above, we have more freedom under our guidelines to provide
only care that you need and desire. If all you need is a home health aide or
domestic care aide, that is all we will provide for you.

What do you charge?
Our charges vary according to the level of care you require. We charge higher
rates than someone who provides services privately, but our rates are still the
lowest in the nation and our staff is thoroughly screened.

Are you bonded?
No. We are not required to be bonded. However, we carry professional
liability insurance to protect you, as well as the staff employed by All aBout
Caring.

Do you provide references?
Yes. You always have the right to request references. We are required by law
to ask clients with each request about their willingness to provide references.
We will provide as many as you would like to have.
